A&H Consultants was founded in the year 2018 in UAE by two Finance Professionals from Dubai, with eagerness to serve the Business Community in Professional Capacity with the experience they gained through Educational and Professional Journey.
We specialize mainly in the areas of Financial Control, VAT Advisory, Accounting & bookkeeping, Indian Taxation and Company Formation (India and UAE).
We service clients both large and small across the region over a range of industries including, Real Estate, FMCG Trading, Gold and Precious Stones & Metal Trading, Retail Industry- fahion, Education Sector, Media & Advertising, Hospitality Sector, Oil & Natural Gas.

Hitesh Manghnani
Hitesh Manghnani is a Qualified Chartered Accountant, with experience in the Finance sector and exposure to the Retail industry in the Gulf with knowledge of aspects of work in Auditing, Inventory Management, Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Taxation. He’s acquired a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce while having professional and academic experience in Dubai and Mumbai. Hitesh has profound knowledge in the areas of tax laws, accounting, foreign investment, foreign exchange regulations and corporate laws.

Pradeep Kumar
Pradeep Kumar is a qualified professional with degrees in Management Accounting(CIMA) & Financial Accounting(CA) from the United Kingdom & India. Coming from a background of Industrial Machinery in a niche segment within the Metal farication Industry, Pradeep has extensive experience in Business Organisation, Financial Development & Internal Control and Business Development.
